A signed party agreement and nonrefundable deposit are required to secure your event date. Deposits will be applied toward your final party bill. Your event is not confirmed until the signed agreement and deposit are received.

Your final guaranteed guest count is due 7 days before your event. This number will be the minimum number of guests billed, even if fewer guests attend. If additional guests attend, they will be added to the final bill.
